Purchased an Korak glass for my daughter for Christmas. The item description buried the fact that the lid and straw needed to be purchased separately, even though the item is pictured with all pieces. Had to pay $10 shipping twice to get all parts - total cost for this item in the end was over $70. Will not purchase from Cheerware again. Moreover, the company shipped the glass part to me twice and then asked ME to return their shipping mistake to them. The customer should never have to do work to correct a company error. This is a poor customer service platform.
Very pretty and goes well with the glasses, but the seal doesnt stay in flat and comes out on its own sometimes. Still works to hold the straw!
