White designs are perfectly dishwater safe, but metallic and colored designs should be hand washed to prevent any chipping or fading of inks.

Bamboo lids should be hand-washed as well. Wood is a porous material, so make sure to wash after use to prevent any damage.

Glass straws are dishwasher safe! We recommend putting them in their own little utensil slot so they aren't banging into forks and spoons.

Mugs are hand-wash only!

Embroidered apparel can be machine-washed cold. For best results, wash inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Tumble dry on low-heat.

Usually, we pack orders within a day or two of receiving them. That said, if there is a shop update or a huge influx of orders - processing times would be a week.

If your order contains an item for preorder, the whole order will ship together with the preorder.  That means if you place an order for something in stock and something with an estimated ship date of mid September, everything will ship together in mid September.

Please know that preorder shipping estimates are just that - estimates! Please be patient and know that when I get preorders in, I'm immediately getting to work packing them up 🙂
