Shipping policy
Pre-orders:
If your order contains an item for pre-order, the whole order will wait to ship out until the pre-order is available.
Any pre-order will have a shipping estimate in the product description, but please know that it’s just that – an estimate! There is always the possibility of production delays, high preorder volume etc. If you have any worries, you can always reach out to us at hello@shopcheerware.co and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible 😊
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
We ship with USPS priority service and typically get orders out within 2-3 business days. Your shipping cost includes tracking, and you will receive an email when your order has shipped with you tracking number. If you don’t receive an email, check your spam! You can always reach out and our team can send you tracking.
International Shipping:
We do offer international shipping! If your country doesn’t show up at checkout, please submit a contact form and we can look into adding shipping to your location. Duties are calculated at check out and vary depending on the import laws associated with your zip code.
Address Change:
If you need to update your address, give us a shout as soon as you can. We’ll see what we can do, but if we’ve already started processing your order, you’ll need to purchase additional shipping. If we’ve already shipped your order, there isn’t much we can do except wait for it to be returned to our studio. We are not responsible for any order that has shipped to the wrong address that was provided by the customer.
Damaged/Lost Or Stolen Items
Glass items are by nature fragile, and it’s possible for them to be broken in the post. If you receive a broken item, please fill out a contact form with a picture of the broken item(s) and damaged packaging. We will send out a replacement asap! If we do not have the broken item in stock, we will reach out with replacement options or a refund.
We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in the mail. The customer is responsible for contacting USPS and filing a lost or stolen claim.
We don’t offer coupons/reduced rates for items that break in general use – that’s just the risk of owning something beautiful yet breakable.
