Creating a cute and cozy shopping experience in my market set up
A lot has changed in the past couple years of doing events and my market set up is always improving! Moving from a table space to a full booth foot print really gives Cheerware the space to shine.
Using vertical space
With a bigger space, I'm really trying to create more of a boutique shopping experience with my market set up. That means bringing in shelving, which is a lot of work to set up but totally worth it! Shelving helps everything look more organized, and also gives space for merchandizing. Additional inventory is stored in cute baskets and bins, and all products are clearly labeled.
Eye-catching merchandising
One of my favorite additions to my market set up this year is my straw display! Each color and shape of straw is displayed in a little vial, and then there are drawers below where everything is contained. I really like this because it gives people a chance to look at everything at once before making a decision. It it also really eye catching from outside my booth.
I also now separate my checkout area from my product displays, which really helps with flow in and out of my space. The worst thing you can do is have people ready to buy blocking your wares from other potential customers!
I'm so excited for this event season, and already thinking about ways to improve my market set up - especially for the new products I'll be bringing with me :)
